All of our packages are professionally packed on site by an Bella Couture® Fine Jewels & Antiques employee specially trained in packing delicate jewels and precious antiques. Fees for shipping do not depending on the value and size of the item shipped and the mode in which it is carried. You select your shipping method, time and price during checkout. All items in the online catalog are covered in our shipping costs. The cost for some international items, however, varies depending on where the item is being shipped. In these instances, you can call your Bella Couture® Fine Jewels & Antiques sales consultant for an international shipping cost. All shipping costs will be confirmed by you during checkout. A return label with simple instructions is included with your purchase to make the process quick and easy. If you are making an exchange, there is no charge to return the item(s) and the new merchandise will be shipped to you for no additional shipping charge. If you are returning merchandise for a refund, there is a handling charge of $9.95 per item. Because of the unique nature of every item we sell, we make every effort to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, within 3 days of the original attempted delivery date, in identical condition for a refund, store credit or an exchange (less shipping costs) on any other item in our store or online catalog at the marked retail price which are returned. Store credits cannot be transferred or reassigned to a different recipient other than the original recipient. It is possible that some of the items in the catalog can be sent to you on an approval basis and can be returned within 24 hours, in the exact condition as when it was shipped, for a full refund.
