Please enter your name and email address that you already have on file with Bella Couture® in the first email address field. Enter your phone number only if you would like for Customer Service to call you once both store credits have been processed and issued to your accounts.

Once your friend makes a purchase, enter your friend's name and email address in the "details" section of the email form and their order number for the purchase they made. You and your friend will both be credited into your Bella Couture® accounts within 24hours, good towards any future orders!
