Our hassel-free 3-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. So that you can be sure you made the right decision. *After having the item for 2 days if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, in original condition, postmarked within 3 days of the date of delivery for a refund, exchange or credit. It's that simple!
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by or a jeweler other than Bella Couture ®), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Rare, One of a Kind jewels, diamond rings, final sale and special order merchandise may not be returned. Returns with no Bella Couture return code, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
To return jewelry or an antique item to Bella Couture, follow our three step process:

*Bella Couture® will not be responsible for loss or damage for returns which are improperly packaged for shipment. Please follow the instructions on how to make a proper return to ensure your return's safe arrival. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving an item to let customer service know you wish to make a return or exchange. New sized rings are non-refundable. Antiques and antique jewelry may be returned for a free exchange or BellaCouture.com online store credit. For exchanges a friendly Exchange Store Credit of $10.00 will be applied to that customer's personal BellaCouture.com account. Exchanges and store credit can be applied toward like items in our store (Example: New jewelry can only be exchanged for new jewelry. Antiques and antique jewlry can be exchanged for antique jewelry or antiques).
Credits expire after 12 months. You can accumulate up to a maximum of three credits per year, which can be used over time or all at once. After you accumulate three credits, you will not be charged until you redeem a credit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange it for another 'like' item or return it for a Bella Couture® store credit.*Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery in new, unused, unaltered condition. Orders to addresses within the contiguous United States, please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays. Because we often provide our clients with free shipping or prorated and offer great pricing, a $9.95 restocking fee will be applied to all orders returned for refunds. This fee is waived on exchanges and items returned for a Bella Couture® store credit. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels with orders delivered in or outside the contiguous United States, or to APO / FPO addresses. A $9.00 shipping and handling charge applies to returns from addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories. Sized items and Special orders are non-returnable.
Exchanges are free for BellaCouture.com clients. If your order doesn't fit, or you are not satisfied with an item, simply exchange it for another 'like' item within 3 days of delivery in new, unused condition. Orders to addresses within the contiguous United States will include a pre-printed standard ground shipping return label. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this would result in delays. A $9.95 shipping and handling charge applies to exchanges from addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and U.S. Territories.
Before you choose to cancel, please note that if you have not yet placed a BellaCouture.com order, you will not be charged. If you still wish to cancel, simply call Client Services at 1.877.235.5297 Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Pacific) within 30 minutes of order confirmation. There is no cancellation fee. However, no matter what the reason, if an order is requested to be canceled after payment is received and the order has begun processing (ie: we place an order with a vedor to re-size your item etc), and we are not at fault for the cancelation, store credit will be issued. An alternate item may still be ordered with your new store credit. In order for us to be in good standing with our affiliates, so there is no confusion or order cancellation nessesary, please make sure your finansces are avilable when you make a purchase and ask any questions you may have prior to making a purchase. If you would like to know the remaining balance of your store credit, you may view that inforamtion in your My Account page at any time or contact us.
