Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your card's bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.
As an alternative, you can:
- Continue your order using a credit card. If you order before noon, your order will begin processing today.
- Contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are posted during checkout. You select the price and time you woould like your order to be delivered.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will ship via the currier of your choice; Fed-Ex, UPS or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, normally same day or within 24hours. However, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order during busy holiday or sale seasons.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days from the date your order is processed for the USA. International orders normally arrive within 7-12 business days or as your country's customs determine.
How will I know my order will arrive safely?
All Shipments Are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required upon delivery for all delivered Bella Couture® orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx® or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail®.
We require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx® or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail®. If your delivery is over $100 and shipped U.S.P.S. Priority Overnight® or FedEx® will require a signature. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location call one of our customer service agents at 877-235-5297.
Due to jewelry often being given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We have the ability to expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you preserve your surprise. Please don't hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewelry consultants for any special requests.
Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders placed and or shipped to addresses in California.
Returns & Exchanges
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 3 days of the date of arrival to you for a full refund or an exchange. How can I track my order's shipping and delivery status online?
Tracking your order is Easy!
Once your order is processed and shipped you will be notified by email of your order details and your order's tracking number. The email we send you will including helpful information on how to easily track your package's shipping and delivery status online or by phone. Your tracking information will also be perminently displayed in your private BellaCouture.com "My Account" History page.

Currently we accept online orders to shipping addresses in the United States and international destinations. To ensure the secure delivery of your order:
• Bella Couture does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
• An adult siganture is always required upon delivery of every order.
For each order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and another 3-5 business days for delivery.
