ORDERING POLICY:

We are thrilled that you have chosen BELLA COUTURE® Boutique for your fine jewelry purchases. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we are always here for you.

Ready to ship BELLA COUTURE® Jewelry will be processed and shipped within 1 – 5 business days. Custom Made To Order pieces and may take 1 - 2 weeks to ship. Special Orders are produced after payment is received.

For rush orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at bellacouture.help@ gmail.com, or 310.487.2373 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (PST) for assistance.

Any items you see on the official BELLA COUTURE® social media channels (Facebook 3,300+ Followers) (Instagram) are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact our team.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased as In-Stock “Ready to Ship” on BELLACOUTURE.com, and shipped to a U.S. address, may be exchanged within 7 days of the initial delivery date and receipt of your order.

Items approved for return must be received as unused with all BELLA COUTURE® tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases. 

Domestic items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 5% of the original amount paid. (Exchanges do not have any restocking fee)

International items approved for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 5% of the original amount paid. (Exchanges do not have any restocking fee)

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price or discount are a final sale and can not be returned.

Engraved or embossed, special order, personalized, one of a kind, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at BELLA COUTURE®'s discretion.

Please contact our customer service on bellacouture.help@ gmail.com or 310.487.2373 within 7 days to discuss a return. Or you may use our "contact us" page. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.

Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for a return or exchanges. 

Your complete satisfaction with Bella Couture®, LLC merchandise is 100% guaranteed or the item may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from when it was delivered, with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only pay for return fees and your return's shipping insurance fees. To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code on orders shipped within the United States contact us.

Our store is only responsible for pieces purchased directly on BellaCouture.com.

 

Free Exchanges

Unaltered, New and Antique Fine Jewelry and Antiques returned and delivered to our store within 10 days of delivery can be exchanged for FREE. Once you return the original item and have decided on your exchange / replacement item, your new order will be shipped to you at our expense. 

How to Prepare a Return 

To return a diamond, fine jewelry or rare antique to Bella Couture®, follow the process below:

  1. For all returns call 1.310.487.2373 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. For your return, write your RMA code on the outside of the box you are returning below your address. Please note, an item returned without an RMA code will be refused.
  2. Packaging Your Return: We recommend you use the original or a similar shipping box, include all original packaging and collateral materials. Items returned without the entire contents will not be processed until the additional contents are returned. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the US$275 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Bella Couture® anywhere on the outside of the box.

 

REPAIRS

Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, all BELLA COUTURE® Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
 
Should you require a repair, please contact us at bellacouture.help@ gmail.com or by calling 310.487.2373 during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (PST), with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. BELLA COUTURE® will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the requested repair.

• BELLA COUTURE® Fine Jewelry will resize your ring +/- 1 size. If you need it sized larger or smaller than this, please contact our customer service team for pricing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Bella Couture® will not reimburse you for return shipping expenses incurred. If you request to return for alteration merchandise which is of a special order, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

Tracking Order Shipments

Once your order ships you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation the day of the outbound shipment. You can track the status of your order on your My Account page or by clicking here. Credits to Your Charge Card

Approved new in-stock non-discounted credit card purchases will be refunded back towards the credit card or account used in the original purchase. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks from the date that Bella Couture® has received your return for your account to be credited. Your credit card company's refund posting guidelines may vary. All payment methods will be refunded and credited as online store credit.

Sale Price Adjustments

Sale price adjustments cannot be made after a sale. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Can I Cancel or Change an Order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Bella Couture® Diamond, Jewelry or Antique Consultant at 1.310.487.2373. We will do our best to try to accommodate order changes to the extent in which it is possible prior to a shipping confirmation. Changes in orders may result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped or special orders. If your order has already shipped the order will not be able to be altered.
